Cancellation Fees/Notices

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund 

After 24 hours, there will be no deposit refund due to time, materials, and planning already invested

Once production  has started (cutting, baking,  painting, assembling) , your order cannot be canceled or refunded

• We will message you once the production of your items are starting

Rush orders are non-refundable once the order is placed due to expedited assembling and ordering of products

Orders not picked up on agreed pick up date WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND

• If unforeseen events happen, please contact us so we can make accommodations and work around your schedule
