How To Order

1. • Party Pastries: at least one week in advance

   • Forever Roses: at least one week in advance

   • Custom Cards

     • Standard Flat Card: at least five days in advance

     • Card Sets: at least one week in advance

   • Custom Painted Banner: at least one week in advance

If you know your order might take some more time or is a bigger order, please be mindful of our time as we are a small business making each product by hand

1. • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund 

   • After 24 hours, there will be no deposit refund due to time, materials, and planning already invested

   • Once production  has started (cutting, baking,  painting, assembling) , your order cannot be canceled or refunded

     • We will message you once the production of your items are starting

   • Rush orders are non-refundable once the order is placed due to expedited assembling and ordering of products

   • Orders not picked up on agreed pick up date WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND

     • If unforeseen events happen, please contact us so we can make accommodations and work around your schedule

• If there is an error on our part, we will gladly correct or remake the item at no extra cost

   • If you cannot access the google forms, feel free to message us on any of our platforms with the following information

     • What items you would like to order

     • Quantity of item for each product

     • What is the event for (birthday, anniversary, graduation, holiday, etc.)

     • What is the theme for the event or occasion (if any)

     • Any specifications or specializations you would like

     • You may include inspiration pics of examples online of how you would like your product to look

     • Date you would like your order ready by for pick-up or delivery

     • Anything extra you would like for us to know

1. • We are a small business based in South El Monte, CA

   • At the moment, we are not offering shipping options

   • Pick Up Options:

     • We can meet up for pick up at any local spot

     • You can pick up at site of production (contact me for address, two options are South El Monte or La Habra)

   • Delivery Options:

     • Audz Party Studio can drive to personally deliver your order for a fee if none of the pick up options are convenient for you

     • $10 fee for any delivery options within the picture above (10 mile radius from South El Monte)

     • Any deliveries outside of this area will be charged a $20 delivery fee
